HOW THIS WORKS + WEDDING PACKAGES

A typical wedding photography timeline

Pick a package. Your first step is to browse through the wedding photography packages listed below and determine which one best fits your wants and needs for your special day and your of course your budget. Packages can be customized as well. Please contact me to inquire about customizing one of the packages.

Meeting the photographer. We need to talk. We can do this face-to-face, Zoom, or other video method since not only do you need to get a feel for the type of person and photographer I am, I need to get to know more about you. Let's face it, if we don't click then I am not the photographer for you. The magic is you and me when it comes to the photos.

Sign your contract. This can be done in person or via the internet. Once you select the package that suits your needs, email me directly and I will send you a PDF contract reflecting the terms and conditions of the wedding photography services. Read and sign the contract and send a photo/scan of the signed contract page to me.

First 20% payment secures your date. Once the signed contract is received, I will send you an invoice for 20% of the total charge. When this invoice is paid, your wedding date is reserved in my calendar!

Schedule the Engagement or Adventure Engagement Session. Send me 2-3 different possible dates for your Engagement Session. Next, we need to talk so we can get our game plan. The where and what.

Schedule the Bridal Session or Bridal Boudoir Session. This can be done via text, email or a call. Like the Engagement Session we need to get our game plan down. We will figure our where we are going this session and what you want from it. Do you want a traditional bridal session or do you want the best of both worlds bridal boudoir session so you can give your soon-to-be husband a sexy gift.

Logistics meeting. Around 4-8 weeks before your wedding date, we'll have a logistics meeting to talk through names of family members, schedule, wedding details and the all-important shot list. This can be in person, Zoom, Facebook video chat or over the phone.

Final 80% payment. I will invoice you for the final 80% one month before the wedding. This is due no later than 2 weeks (14 days) before the wedding. You can make payments before this so the balance is lower.

Wedding day! Just relax and enjoy every moment. I'll be the ninja with the cameras and the shot list, snapping away! I am also a problem solver. Things will go wrong and I am there to offer quick suggestions and fixes so you don't need to worry. Most of the time you will not even know anything went wrong.

Sneak peeks in 24 hours. Yep, you read that right. You’ll receive a mini-gallery of sneak peek photos delivered to your inbox within 24 hours after the wedding.

All photos delivered in 7 days. YEP. I’m super proud of this one. I cut, edit, polish, and deliver your beautiful wedding photography gallery to your inbox 7 days (1 calendar week) after your wedding. (Here’s why I do it >>)

THE SHOOT AND RUN - $499.00
Suit up and get rolling with this budget friendly package! I will capture some getting ready shoots, bridal/family pics, ceremony, portrait hour, and some frame-worthy couple shots and even reception time. 7-10 days after the wedding you will receive your digital images with printing rights. This is a great way to get great pictures for a bargin.

With the “III” teamwork makes the dream work. The “III” has double the photographers, double the cameras, double the angles, and double the fun with live streaming the ceremony thanks to a roaming social media photographer that doubles as a second photographer before the ceremony. This is the ideal package if bride and groom are getting ready and snapping pre-ceremony photos at different locations. Recommended for larger weddings.

The getting ready photos to make sure the bride and the groom both get some shutter time pre-ceremony, the ceremony, family posed shots and the reception. This is also our most popular package.
